Onwards and upwards for Logistics duo
More great news from the team of late, as Ryan and Andy from our Operations Team, have started ILM courses to further enhance their personal and professional development.
The Leadership and Management qualifications develop the core knowledge and practical skills needed to manage, motivate and inspire others.
Ryan, who is studying for an ILM Level 3 Team Leader qualification, has been with Today Team since early 2018, having previously worked as a Dispatch Operative. After signing up to the ILM course Ryan said, “I’ve really enjoyed my time working with Today Team. The company is ambitious like myself and I really can’t wait to get started on this course. I’m grateful I have the support of Jamie and Today Team to enhance my skills and reach my goals”
Andy joined Today Team over the summer of 2018 and is studying for an ILM Level 5 in Operations Management, which will enhance his already extensive professional development. Andy commented, “It’s a fantastic opportunity for myself and Ryan to gain a nationally recognised qualification, paid for by the company and time for ‘off the job work’ given during working hours. Credit to Jamie as myself and Ryan are new to the company last year and really demonstrates his commitment to the long-term development of his staff. Thanks, Jamie and Today Team.”
