What’s the role?

This isn’t a “clock-in, clock-out” kind of job. As our new Logistics Team Supervisor, you’ll be right at the heart of our operation — working with customers and couriers to make sure every urgent delivery runs smoothly.

You’ll be leading by example, supporting the team, solving problems, and keeping standards sky high. And when our Logistics Manager is away, you’ll step up.

It’s fast-paced. It’s demanding. But it’s also rewarding — because you will be one of the reasons we continue to deliver the best same day service in the country.

Who are we looking for?

We want someone who gets it.

• You’ve worked in a fast-paced logistics office before (maybe in an SME or traffic office environment).
• You’re sharp, calm under pressure, and brilliant at solving problems.
• You know what great customer service really looks like.
• You lead with empathy, high standards, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• You know how to empathise with customers in high-pressure situations, and meet their expectations at every step.
• You’re comfortable joining our team on-call rota – planned in advance and only one week in every 4 or 5. This comes with a £150 reward on top of basic.
• Most importantly, you’re driven, ambitious, and led by shared values.

You don’t need to have all the answers right now — but you need to be hungry to learn, grow, and make a real impact.
