Martin, one of our dedicated team members, is undertaking a Team Leadership Apprenticeship Level 3 through the provider SP Training. This course is designed to expand his existing skill set and introduce him to additional aspects of leadership and management within his role. Reflecting on the opportunity, Martin shared:

“The course is a fantastic opportunity to develop my current skill set and learn about different aspects of my current role that I may not have experienced. By participating in the course and having the opportunity to learn from my tutors and use the countless resources available, this awards me the opportunity to develop in several areas, which will benefit me in my career. I’d like to thank the company and Jamie for offering me the opportunity to develop myself – it shows investment not only in my career at Today Team but in me overall, which is very flattering.”

Claire’s journey with Today Team exemplifies our commitment to fostering growth within the company. After just six months at Today Team, Claire’s role developed from Business Administrator to Accounts Assistant, a transition driven by the needs of the department and the encouragement of our Managing Director, Jamie Boyd.

Claire is now enrolled in the AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting and plans to progress to AAT Level 3. Reflecting on her development, Claire said:

“The idea for my development came from Jamie with changes that occurred in the department and led to a change of role title for myself after six months of being at Today Team. The course is AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting, and I will be going on to AAT Level 3. Support from the company has been invaluable as I have been given study time when required and time off for my exams that I must sit at Kaplan Manchester.”
