Tackling Time Mastery at Today Team

At Today Team, we believe that no matter the expertise within our brilliant staff, there’s always room for improvement and to learn new skills. This even extends to our more favoured skills. 

 

Take time management for example. As a same-day courier business, we have 19 years of experience in solving logistics headaches and ensuring timely success for our clients. Despite this, we understand that it’s important to never rest on your laurels – rather, it’s better to continue to learn to deliver the best, time and time again. 

 

It’s for this reason that we invited Steven Watson from Time Masters, to spend a day at Today Team HQ. Time Masters is a coaching programme that helps businesses master their time in order to increase productivity, clarity and address the challenges people face over a work/life balance.

 

Everyone works slightly differently, which means we can all benefit from different mechanisms and approaches. The sessions with Steven were helpful in allowing our team to learn a little more about themselves, to then better understand where perhaps they could make improvements about the ways in which they work in order to improve their productivity and efficiency.
