Our customer is a luxury homes housebuilder, they came to us in the first few months of the pandemic through a referral. They needed help delivering goods to sites across their region, but kept facing problems with driver shortages from other logistic providers.

The customer faced problems within their supply chain, they couldn’t get materials on to sites on time meaning contractors weren’t able to get on with their work, adding delays to their projects.
When trying to source logistics providers they kept facing the same issue, lack of drivers. This was costing the customer time and money, they also faced frustrations from contractors and stakeholders.
